Our returns policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within a certain period.

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your proof of purchase or receipt.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and handle it appropriately.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

4. cooling-off period

Regardless of the above, if the order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason.

As mentioned before, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your proof of purchase or invoice.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
