How long does delivery take?

Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Within the Netherlands, delivery time is usually 1–2 business days. Delivery to other European countries may take a few days longer.

Can I return or exchange my order?

You have 30 days to return your order. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your return in good order, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible.

What material is the jewelry made of and do it stay beautiful?

Almost all of our jewelry is gold-plated and carefully tested for durability. With proper care, it will remain beautiful for a long time. What's more, with every order, you'll receive a free special polishing cloth to keep your jewelry shining.

How often does it need to be sharpened?

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €3.99. For other European countries, we charge €7.99. Orders within the Netherlands over €50 are shipped free of charge.
